2nd Aldershot Scout Group is a registered charity number 302194.   The Group is centrally based in Aldershot, home of the British Army, in the north east corner of Hampshire.  Our Scout Group provides weekly activities for young people aged 6 through to age 14.

Now over 70 strong the Group is expanding rapidly and comprises three training sections:

• 'Newcome' Beaver Scout Colony for members, male & female, aged between 6 and 8.
• 'Rowallan' Cub Scout Pack for members, male & female, aged 8 - 10½.
• 'Toye's Own' Scout Troop for members, male & female, aged from 10½ - 14 years.

We welcome people of all faiths, all backgrounds, all abilities, both male and female, and as part of the national Scout Association subscribe to their policy on equal opportunities.

We link closely with the local Explorer Scout Unit and also have opportunities for young people aged 14 to 18 to help with Beavers and Cubs as young leaders and for adults aged 18 and over to help with all three sections or with the administration and management of the Group and our Headquarters.
